We provide multiple warranty facilities to ensure your products are protected — including Brand Warranty, International Warranty, Service Warranty, and Parts Warranty.

Each of these warranties offers limited coverage from BabarBazar.com, the manufacturer, or the brand, depending on the product.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase from BabarBazar.com and applies only to physical products purchased directly from our website.

What Does Official Warranty Cover?

For products covered by Official Warranty (Brand or International Warranty), customers should contact the brand or their authorized service point directly for after-sales service.
Alternatively, you may reach out to Babar Bazar Customer Support, and we will help facilitate the collection, communication, and return process on your behalf — free of cost after servicing is completed.

Important Notes

  • For International Warranties, the warranty may activate automatically for certain brands. If not, the customer must present the original warranty card included in the sealed package to access international service.

  • If the warranty card is missing, the warranty cannot be availed in another country.

  • For some products, warranty coverage may differ based on commercial vs. household use.


What Does Service Warranty Cover?

The Service Warranty protects against material or functional defects under normal usage during the warranty period.

Coverage Terms

  • Issues caused by product malfunction, battery, or power supply (not user damage) are covered under a service fee.

  • Accidental or user-caused damage voids the warranty. Examples include:

    • Broken display or screen

    • Scratches, dents, burns, or liquid damage

    • Manual software/root updates or misuse


What Does Parts Warranty Cover?

The Parts Warranty covers damage to any component under normal use during the warranty period.

Conditions

  • The warranty duration varies by product and is listed on the product’s warranty card.

  • If a model is discontinued, replacement parts may take additional time.

  • To claim this warranty, you must present the original warranty card and purchase invoice.

  • Accessories (batteries, adapters, remotes, etc.) are not covered under the parts warranty.


How to Obtain Warranty Service

If your product malfunctions during the warranty period, contact Babar Bazar Customer Support at +88 01988147247.

For mobile phones, tablets, or computers, please back up your data before sending the device. Babar Bazar is not responsible for data loss.

When sending a product for service:

  1. Describe the issue clearly in the Service/Return Form.

  2. Include your invoice copy to verify the purchase.

  3. Pay any applicable service fee before servicing begins.

Our Quality Control team will inspect the product. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll repair or forward it to the authorized brand service provider.
Servicing may take 7–30 working days, depending on the product type.

If additional parts are required and not covered by warranty, customers will be contacted and must prepay for the replacement part via bKash or cash.

For products found defective on arrival, customers can call +88 01988147247 within 3 days of delivery to request a return or replacement (see our Return & Replacement Policy).
After 3 days, warranty service will apply instead.


Warranty Service for Customers Outside Dhaka

If you live outside Dhaka, send your product via Sundarban Courier Service.
Once received, the servicing and delivery process will take approximately 7–30 working days, depending on the product.


What to Include in the Servicing Form

When our personnel arrive to collect your product, you must fill out the Servicing/Exchange Form including:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

Our team will test the product based on your claim. If the issue is confirmed, it will be sent to the brand for servicing.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not include damages caused by:

  • Negligence, misuse, or mishandling

  • Power surges, accidents, fire, or natural disasters

  • Water damage or liquid exposure

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Removal or alteration of serial numbers or labels

  • Using the product against the manufacturer’s instructions


Product Replacement under Return & Replacement Policy

If your return or replacement claim is valid, Babar Bazar will attempt to replace it with the same product model.
If the product is discontinued or unavailable, we will provide a comparable product within the same price range.

Exclusions

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, stains)

  • Consumable parts such as batteries and accessories (unless defective)

  • Products serviced by unauthorized providers (this voids warranty)
