How to Return a Product

1. Sign in to your Babar Bazar account and go to My Orders.

2. Select the order you wish to return and click Manage Order.

3. Click on Return Items.

4. Fill out the Return Form — available return options (pickup or drop-off) will appear there.

5. Pack your Babar Bazar parcel securely in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging, exactly as you received it. Attach the Return Label clearly on top of the package.

If you are located in Dhaka city, pickup service is available in selected areas.
For customers outside Dhaka, we have several return drop-off points across Bangladesh where you can drop your parcel.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any defects.
  Fashion products can be tried on to check size or fit and will still be considered unworn.
  If a product is returned in an inadequate condition, Babar Bazar reserves the right to send it back to you.

• The return must include all original tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

• Products must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s box/packaging.
  If the product was delivered in an additional Babar Bazar package, it must be returned in the same condition with the return label attached.
  Please do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Return Policy

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window.
Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement, depending on the product category and its condition.

Some items are not eligible for return if marked as “No longer needed” or non-returnable.

For device-related issues after use or after the return period, you’ll be referred to the brand’s warranty center (if applicable).

• Babar Bazar products: 14 Days — Refund or Replacement (No questions asked)

• Marketplace (Non–Babar Bazar) products: 7 Days — Refund or Replacement (No questions asked)

• Not eligible for return if “No longer needed”

• If defective/damaged/incorrect, a free replacement will be provided (if available). Otherwise, a refund will be issued.

• For device-related issues after use, contact the brand warranty provider.

Digital Goods, Groceries, Laundry & Cleaning, Pet Supplies, Service Products, Special Digital Products

• Non-returnable

Note: Items marked non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
This policy does not apply to Babar Bazar Global products.

Valid Reasons to Return an Item

• Delivered product is damaged (physically broken or defective).

• Delivered product is incorrect or incomplete (different from listing or missing parts).

• Delivered product is no longer needed (change of mind, wrong size, etc.) — only accepted if the category allows.

Refund Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, you may choose your preferred refund method as shown below.
The shipping fee will also be refunded along with the returned product amount.

After receiving your returned product (2–3 working days) and completing quality control (1–2 working days), your refund will be processed as follows:

Important Note:

• Voucher codes are single-use only.

• Any remaining voucher balance after an order will not be refunded or carried forward.

• This policy does not apply to Babar Bazar Global products.
